Quality & Compliance Manager

Core Functions:Ensure Pioneer facilities have current and complete documentationin support ofquality and expediteopportunities to buildefficiency and consistencyacross Pioneer and ensurecompliance with programsincluding but notlimited to:SOPs on keyprocessesRegulatory Authoritiescodes and standardsThird-party qualityauditsPM programs onquality equipmentRisk GridsProduct recall andnotification requirementsReview overall Pioneerstaffing requirements relatedto the areasof quality andmake staffing recommendationsto support changingregulatory and and/orprovide oversight forregular inspections ofall Pioneer facilities discuss findings withthe site managementand work withsite leadership todevelop appropriate and maintaineffective consistentmeasurable and auditableprotocols for thefollowing plant operations: manufacturing performancetesting compliance withall regulatory bodies vendor certificationinbound inspections ofraw materials andlot other departmentsto ensure awarenessof relevant regulatorydevelopments and qualitystandards across thePioneer KPIs thatenable data-drivendecisions and ongoingquality and Job Duties:Lead quality initiativesfor Pioneer toidentify opportunitiesfor continuous improvementof established qualitymetrics. Associated activitieswill include butnot be limitedto:Lead investigations anddrive resolutions ofquality as theprimary point ofcontact for third-party quality and leadPioneer-wide productrecall coaches trains and develops Pioneerleadership and Qualityplant personnel onquality programs as theSubject Matter Experton quality andprocesses including regulatorycodes auditing manufacturing and critical/preventivecontrol as theprimary quality pointof contact andinformation resource forinternal employees customers vendors and analytical skillsetto support andtrack quality in planningfor capital projectsor operational changesand expansions. Establishnew KPIs tomonitor the effectivenessof procedural andequipment for settingprocess and qualitystandards to maintaina culture ofcontinuous with Pioneerssales teams tomanage investigate andresolve customer complaintsrelated to qualityand safety. Trackprocesses to monitorthe effectiveness ofcorrective and overseetraining programs ensuringemployees are trainedon SOPs regulatoryrequirements quality standards and best and assistwith on-siteand off-sitecustomer visits the supplychain team andshipping department asneededWith the approvalof supervisor takea role inregulatory committees suchas ASME orNational other dutiesas Requirements:Bachelors degree inEngineering related technicalfield or anequivalent work knowledge ofASME API DOT NBIC and federal/state/local Regulationsand as aweld inspector orknowledge of weldingpractices is ability tointerpret and applyregulatory requirementsto Pioneer ability tointerpret quality audits test results anddefine/communicate correctiveactions ability towork at alllevels of thePioneer organization toinfluence computer skillswith knowledge ofMicrosoft verbal andwritten communication work ethicwith excellent interpersonalskills.25% domestic travel
