Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

12-Hour Shift: 6:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.

(Must be flexible to move to 2nd shift if needed)

RMPersonnel is currently seeking Quality Auditors for a manufacturing facility in Santa Teresa. Candidates must have auditing/inspection experience and be detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Performing hourly press and container audits

Inspecting parts to ensure customer specifications are met

Verifying first-piece and last-piece production requirements

Completing quality documentation and labels

Inspecting and measuring machined components

Assisting with maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Auditor/inspection experience preferred

Basic math reading and writing skills

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Ability to work with minimal supervision
