-Must possess working knowledge and understanding of quality systems standards and procedures

-Must have strong team-focused interpersonal and leadership abilities

-Must be willing to work extended or flexible hours

-Must be willing to work in various locations within and outside the facility

-Must be able to pay good attention to detail

-Must possess good human relations leadership skills and a maturity of judgment

-Must have good organizational and problem-solving skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Some of the physical demands for this position include being able to lift up to a weight of 40 pounds and the ability to stand sit and walk for prolonged periods of time.

Some of the equipment and tools used are a computer printer telephone photocopier fax

KNOWLEDGE

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technologies (or related field); or equivalent experience

TECHNICAL TRAINING: GD& T Weld Standards Manufacturing Practices SPC

OTHER: Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
