Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree.
• Six (6) years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult regarding the production of a quality management plan to include all requisite quality standards checklists report templates and processes.
• Monitor adherence to quality assurance plans and requirements by monitoring program implementation.
• Perform internal audits to verify that records are in conformance to quality management plans/standards.
• Facilitate changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) policies training materials to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Developing QA plans for features or projects.
• Review and analyze existing QA documents developed by others for the need for changes.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

• Knowledge of quality management principles and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to develop and maintain quality management plans standards checklists and reporting templates.
• Skill in monitoring compliance with established quality requirements.
• Ability to conduct audits and assess conformance with quality standards.
• Skill in reviewing analyzing and improving quality assurance documentation.
• Ability to support continuous process improvement initiatives.
