Full Medical Dental & Vision 401(k) effective on your 1st dayGenerous paid time off benefits and 10 paid HolidaysGrowth OpportunitiesEarn additional ($800 a year) for Monthly Attendance BonusOn-Demand Pay: Access your pay as soon as you have earned it!The primary purpose of this job is to provide calibration support for all site inspection equipment to ensure valid calibration status conforming to internal and external requirements and in accordance with applicable Regulatory and Standards requirements for to Viant Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements including but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS) Environmental Management Systems (EMS) U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations Company policies and operating procedures and other regulatory Gagetrak system that monitors the calibration cycle and status of all measurement and test any other records paper or electronic as as required all company (Viant Brimfield) owned equipment as well as customer supplied gaging either in-house or by an outside vendor which may include optical comparator VMM OGP CMM calipers micrometers dial/test indicators gage pins/hard gages profilometer surface plates and height gages as needed; if unable to do internally send to an outside repair service and /or request a quote for sending and receiving gages from customers/ and perform collection of gages due for risk evaluations as needed for inspection of GD&T and other blueprint and dimensioning with Calibration SME (Subject Matter Expert) when assist in executing capability studies and test method in Continuous Improvement activities as assist in performing calibration activitiesPerforms other functions as required such as incoming inspectionQualifications:High School diploma or GEDTechnical degree or Associates degree required0-2 years. Relative co-op internship part-time or classroom training experience is in medical device or regulated manufacturing a with Microsoft Office Word and Excel preferredExperience with Minitab is a plusCompetence in the selection and use of Inspection Tools and communication skills and ability to work in a team to understand and comply with relevant Domestic and International Regulations and Industry Standards (e.g. FDA 21CRF820 ISO 13485:2016 QSR etc.)Must be able to complete prioritized tasks with minimal direct supervisionMust be able to complete prioritized tasks with minimal direct supervision
