Quality Assurance Lead (SeleniumAPIAzure)

As a Quality Assurance Lead within PNCs C&IB organization you will be based in Pittsburgh PA or Dallas TX.

Over 5 years of Quality Engineering experience

Key Responsibilities
Define and implement test strategy test plans and quality gates for releases
Design and execute manual functional regression and end-to-end testing
Develop and maintain automation frameworks across API and UI layers
Perform API validation including request/response authentication and data integrity
Build and execute UI automation tests using modern frameworks
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing
Perform defect analysis root cause analysis and quality reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure early quality involvement (shift-left)
Mentor team members and promote quality engineering best practices


Skills
Manual Testing
Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies
Expertise in test case design execution and defect management
Experience in end-to-end and exploratory testing
API Testing & Automation
Experience with tools such as Postman REST Assured or equivalent
Knowledge of JSON/XML validation and database validation (SQL)
Karate experience preferred

UI Automation
Hands-on experience with Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
Proficiency in Java Python or equivalent

Tools & Technology
CI/CD tools (Jenkins Azure DevOps GitHub Actions)
Test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA XRAY or similar)
AI experience a plus

Qualifications
Bachelors degree

• Operating in a global delivery model brings strategic direction to testing and acts as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s).
• Leads the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work. Including coordinating test strategy scripting and defect resolution.
• Including ensuring early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle.
• Take accountability for quality standards in the development implementation and upkeep test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products.
• Developing meaningful management metrics that help to gauge project health. Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release.
