1. The grading of finished product following USDA standards or customer specifications whichever apply. Communicate with proper personnel ifproductdoes not meetspec. | |
2. Grading ofraw materials dry beans sweeteners with proper personnel ifproductdoes not meetspec. | |
3. Inprocessgrading ofdifferent beans bean salad tomato products dry beans etc. Communicatewith proper personnel if product does not meet spec. | |
4. Grading of Co- packproducts communicate with proper personnel if product does not meet spec. | |
5. Calibration of lab equipment. | |
6. Canning of dry bean samples and dry bean shipments. | |
7. Help with product cuttings. | |
8. Maintain cleanliness inworkarea and lab. | |
9. Other functions that may be required by Supervisor. 10. Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actingprofessionallycommunicatingand helping co-workers. | |
Skills and Abilities | |
1. Mustbe able to follow directions. | |
2. Must be cooperative andmaintaina team spirit. | |
3. Basic knowledge of Mathematics necessary | |
4. Must be able to be trained on the different lab equipment. | |
5. Sensory skills a plus | |
6. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with personnel on thefloor as well as Supervision. 7. Must be meticulous and detail oriented. |

Work Schedule:
This position typically follows the hours of the shift scheduled to work; however working days may vary based on season. Typically Monday through Friday. VeryoftenSaturday. 12 hours Shifts may berequiredduring busy times.
Hours:
3rd Shift -Overnight shift-11:00 PM-7:00 AM
20 minutes paid lunch
Salary: Up to $16.92
Earn Bonus Incentives:
2nd & 3rd shift Differential -$1.00 per hour
Attendance Bonus -$0.50 per hour
1st Pass Quality Bonus-$0.50 per hour
