Summary:

• Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements and provides objective evidence of results.

• Performs auditing surveillance and monitoring of product quality and processes.

• Identifies and documents discrepancies in materials parts or assemblies.

• Segregates and controls non-conforming items per quality procedures.

• Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance for defective items.

• Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification activities.

• Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.

• Uses precision measuring instruments including calipers micrometers height gauges and thread gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.

• Reads and interprets blueprints drawings and engineering specifications to compare items against design requirements.

• Uses Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) for documentation report generation and communication.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers micrometers height gauges and thread gauges.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and engineering specifications.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

• Experience performing product conformance verification and quality inspections.

• Experience documenting discrepancies and non-conformances.

• Experience with preliminary disposition of non-conforming items.

• Experience conducting product reviews and audits.

• Knowledge of corrective action processes for quality issues.

• Ability to identify repetitive non-conformances and initiate corrective action requests.
