Quality Assurance Inspection I PM

Summary:Verifies work orders and completed lenses are matched together after AR coating processes. Verifies and approves quality of product. Prepares scans and moves completed product from the AR facility. Pay Class and PayPay Class: Full TimePay: $17.00 - $18.53 per hour Essential Responsibilities:Prioritize tray processing flow as dictated by tray color or priority complete a cosmetic inspection to ensure that the lens is within Visionworks identify and mark the factory markings for all progressive lens that lens being inspected is in the correct sort trays for AR Shipping AR Bench SL Returns and Defectives/ all Cut jobs are properly separated and transferred to AR to that all lens treatments (AR Coating Mirror Coating and Incognito Coating) have been applied prior to scanning a job to a shipping up Innovation system so that jobs may be scanned to their correct that AR Inspector has initialed the work wrap shipping job with all the required documentation and sort into the correct shipping to communicate and escalate with peers and and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment workstations and overall and comply with all requirements of our Quality Management System (QMS) as well as regulations promoting a safe and healthy work place : High School Diploma GED or equivalent work experience preferredExperience & Background:One (1) to three (3) years of related manufacturing experience preferredLanguage Skills:Ability to read English in order to interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manualsMathematical Skills:General mathematical skills to include basic adding subtracting multiplication and divisionReasoning AbilityAbility to think logically in following procedures and instructionsGeneral problem solving abilitiesExhibit sound and accurate judgment and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughnessEssential Responsibilities related to Physical Demands/Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
