Quality Assurance Engineer Siri Quality Program

Here youll do more than join something youll add something. nnThe Siri Quality Program team is seeking a QA Engineer to help us ensure that our products like Siri exceed our customer expectations. Think beyond what features are supposed to do and creatively seek ways to measure the qualitative experiences. You will ultimately be responsible for understanding how well our products work advocating for critical changes representing how theyll be experienced by our customers. We are a nimble fast-paced team that relies heavily on a tight relationship between Engineering Program management and Quality Engineering. In this position you will need to be self-motivated with strong technical and interpersonal skills. Day to day tasks will involve hands-on adversarial testing of iOS iPadOS watchOS tvOS and visionOS addition to manual testing responsibilities will include design and implementation of test plans and test cases risk analysis customer impact analysis cross-functional testing coordination and integration testing across the system.

4 years of proven experience in manual Software Quality AssurancenDemonstrated excellence in hands-on creative manual testingnAn enthusiasm for customer-focused design and high-quality technologynCreative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail. Highly organized self-motivated and passionate about achieving for debugging difficult problems and driving results with cross-functional communication skills are a requirement due to the high level of interaction with engineering teams management and other organizations within in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

Experience with developing test strategiesincluding: writing test plans test cases and testing architecturesnAt ease and adaptable in a dynamic and informal atmosphere
