NOW HIRING: QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS) TECHNICIAN
Falconer NY
1st Shift 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
$25.60 - $34.12 per Hour

WHAT YOULL DO:
Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards
Coordinate and manage corrective action processes
Assist teams in identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
Track corrective actions and prepare monthly performance metrics
Conduct internal quality audits and identify improvement opportunities
Support customer and external auditor inspections
Train process owners on QMS documentation and best practices
Collaborate with Manufacturing Quality and Engineering teams
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in a manufacturing environment with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D accreditation
Experience with document control non-conformance reports and corrective action systems
Knowledge of root cause analysis tools such as 5-Why 8D Problem Solving and Fishbone Diagrams
Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced environment
