Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Admin is responsible for interpreting complex data and translating it into information used to inform business decisions. The QA Admin will work with the Improvement Request Report (IRR) process the Quality Action Report (QAR) process and the Sales Order Deviation process. This position will collaborate with team members and management to ensure more efficient business decisions based on quality control and accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the daily administration of the Improvement Request Report (IRR) process the Quality Action Report (QAR) process and the Sales Order Deviation process.
- Route IRRs QARs and Sales Order Deviations through the necessary reviews for root cause and corrective action.
- Update Sales Orders and Travelers as necessary for IRRs QARs and Sales Order Deviations in a timely manner to keep production jobs moving through the Business Units for on-time delivery to our customers.
- Evaluate the internal process and suggest improvement initiatives based on findings.
- Perform audits in the Production departments to assure that processes and procedures are followed.
- Work with other groups to develop Standard Operating Procedures for Production and Administrative items.
- Assist in the training development and/or creation of proper training materials as required.
- Help train the production team on processes and procedures to improve product excellence.
- Help management prioritize business needs for new processes.
- Utilize data reporting tools and statistical packages.
- Identify and interpret trends/patterns from primary and/or secondary source data.
- Work with database developers to implement databases for more effective data collection.
- Assist in managing the Material Review Board (MRB) to assure the appropriate use of non-conformed products.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION WORK EXPERIENCE AND PROFICIENCIES: Relevant experience in mathematics economics computer science information management or statistics is preferred. Microsoft Office Suite and Epicor experience desired. Must have excellent reasoning skills be detail-oriented accurate and complete assignments on time with little supervision. Must take initiative and be a self-starter. Experience in the utilization of communication skills strong planning and strong project management skills. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and the willingness to learn other software packages as required.
