Where Youll Make a Difference

• Perform analytical chemistry and microbiological testing to support enzyme production for diverse industrial applications
• Prepare chemical reagents and microbiological media following standardized lab procedures
• Manage and track samples ensuring proper identification storage and documentation
• Operate maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment such as pH meters auto analyzers HPLCs autoclaves and pipettes
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of test data through proper documentation and data entry
• Support quality control processes by identifying deviations and escalating issues as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and laboratory efficiency efforts
• Assist in managing and executing special projects and quality programs

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biology or related field OR 35 years of experience in a quality or production laboratory
• Hands-on experience with analytical and microbiological testing techniques
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques and general laboratory safety practices
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and maintain compliance with quality standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot lab equipment and processes

How You Would Stand Out

• Experience working with enzyme production or industrial biotechnology processes
• Familiarity with HPLC or advanced analytical instrumentation
• Experience supporting audits or working in regulated environments
