Job Description
- Maintain and update quality management system documentation including procedures work instructions and records
- Manage document control processes ensuring accuracy versioning and accessibility
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits; support audit activities and track follow-ups
- Monitor and report on quality metrics trends and performance indicators
- Track non-conformances and support corrective and preventive action processes
- Assist with root cause analysis and maintain records of corrective actions
- Support supplier quality activities including tracking performance and documentation
- Maintain and organize quality data such as returns calibration records and compliance reports
- Strong organizational and documentation skills required
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability required
- Effective communication and collaboration skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools required
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001 AS9100) required
- Experience in quality assurance ideally in aerospace or defense (3 years) required
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma preferred
- Quality certifications (e.g. Certified Quality Improvement Associate or similar) preferred
Salary Range:
$44500.00-$59300.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location local regulations (such as minimum wage) education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
