QSR Operations Director

RESSCO Capital LLC is looking for an experienced QSR Operations Director to oversee the operations of multiple Subway locations in Southeast Michigan. The ideal candidate is a strong multi-unit leader who excels in coaching teams improving operations and driving sales growth.

Location:Multiple locations in Michigan

Compensation: $90000.00 - $120000.00 annually

Key Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants within the assigned geographic area
• Train coach and support managers and staff to meet performance and service standards
• Ensure compliance with all food safety cleanliness and health regulations as outlined by Subway and the state
• Drive sales growth and profitability using performance reports and KPIs
• Recruit train and developshift leaders assistant managers and restaurant managers
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and implement improvements
• Support local and national marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with ownership and fellow district managers to share best practices
• Completed the University of Subway training requirements

Key Job Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multi-unit operational management experience in QSR or hospitality
• High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to hire train and develop staff
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage P&L analyze performance metrics and achieve targets
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel between store locations
• Ability to stand walk bend and perform in-store tasks as needed (up to 30 lbs lifting)
