Now Hiring: Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP)

About the Role:

As a QMAP youll bring comfort companionship and skilled medication assistance to our senior residents brightening their days with every this role youll safely administer medications observe and report changes in residents conditions assist with daily living activities maintain accurate documentation follow health and safety regulations and provide ongoing support and companionship to those in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and community policies
• Observe and report changes in residents conditions to nursing staff
• Provide support and assistance with daily living activities as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident interactions
• Uphold health and safety standards following all federal state and facility regulations
• Serve as a compassionate companion contributing to residents well-being and sense of community

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid and active state-issued QMAP certification
