Job Description :
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a highly experienced QE Lead to drive quality engineering initiatives for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile delivery environment.
- This role requires strong leadership in automation AI-driven testing CI/CD enablement and enterprise system validation along with deep telecom and financial domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QE activities for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile delivery model
- Plan and drive in-sprint testing automation execution and release sign-off
- Leverage AI-based solutions for test generation prioritization defect trend analysis and quality reporting
- Coordinate functional and automation testing using Selenium (Java) and REST APIs
- Manage test execution on cloud platforms (LambdaTest TestGrid SauceLabs) for faster feedback and scalability
- Validate end-to-end system integrations data flows and downstream impacts across enterprise systems
- Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and enforce continuous quality gates
- Track quality metrics risks and readiness for production rollout
- Collaborate with Development Product and Business teams to align testing with corporate and financial workflows
- Ensure defect prevention perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience:
- 8 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering
- Hands-on leadership of Agile QE teams
- Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Selenium Java and REST API testing
- Experience with cloud-based test execution platforms (LambdaTest TestGrid SauceLabs etc.)
- Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA qTest)
- Exposure to GitLab and CI/CD tools
- Strong experience in integration testing across multiple enterprise systems
- Experience in Data Validation & Reconciliation Testing
- Hands-on experience in automation frameworks and execution
AI & DevOps:
- Experience leveraging AI-driven testing for test optimization and defect analysis
- Strong exposure to CI/CD integration and automated quality gates
Domain Expertise (Mandatory):
- Telecom domain (Prepaid & Postpaid billing)
- Rating & Billing systems Revenue Assurance
- Tariff & Discount logic
- Compliance Tax and Regulatory frameworks
- Corporate Finance and Accounting workflows from sprint to production
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
