What Youll Do
As the QA/QC Project Documentation Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation to ensure compliance quality standards and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Review construction documents including permits contracts drawings RFIs change orders and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness
- Support QA/QC inspectors by verifying required documentation is attached to project equipment records
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and project documentation databases
- Track log and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents
- Manage document revisions and version control processes
- Coordinate with project managers contractors and internal stakeholders to obtain missing or updated documentation
- Generate reports summaries and documentation logs
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist with audits by locating and compiling requested records
- Perform administrative duties including data entry scanning correspondence and record maintenance
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 years of administrative document control or project coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree
- Construction engineering electrical or industrial project experience
- Experience with document management platforms such as CxAlloy
- Ability to read and understand blueprints shop drawings RFIs specifications and construction documents
- Familiarity with NEC NFPA 70E QA/QC processes or quality documentation standards
