Position at JBS USA

Description

Auditing documenting and enforcing USDA and facility regulations.
Perform checks and verifications to ensure food safety and quality program is being followed.
Monitor SOPs SSOPs GMPs and perform HACCP procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
Must work with FSIS/USDA and present records per the agencys request.
Aid QA and/or FS Supervisor and management in gathering data for investigations.
Work closely with production associates in monitoring meat product AQL standards and specifications correcting any deficienciesand notifying management of any violations of USDA regulations or HACCP requirements.
Maintain lab equipment by ensuring proper cleaning and regular maintenance is performed.
Data entryand Manage data
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate and be able to pass all required safety courses provided by JBS
Must be self-motivated trustworthy and capable of completing all work assignments with minimal supervision
Must be able to motivate train and teach employees their job to JBS standards
Good Communication Skills
Track record of positive Work Performance
Computer skills required
Able to work 2nd shift when required
