Role: QA Automation Engineer - Windsurf and Katalon AI
Location: Denver CO (Onsite & Local Profiles)

What this role is about
You will help automate testing for a healthcare platform called OneView (used by doctors on web and mobile). The focus is to reduce manual work by using AI tools and automation frameworks so the product is delivered faster with fewer defects.
Main Responsibilities

• Build and improve automated test scripts using AI tools (like Windsurf and Katalon AI)
• Reduce test script creation time by 50%
• Help shift testing earlier in development (before code is fully built)
  • Run quick smoke tests when developers submit code (Pull Requests)
• Work with Playwright Katalon Selenium Sauce Labs
• Run automated test pipelines using GitLab or Jenkins
• Share test reports with leadership daily
• Support different development teams when needed

Must-Have Skills

• 8 years in Automation Testing (not manual testing)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Playwright
  • Katalon
  • Selenium
  • API/UI automation
• Experience using AI-assisted testing tools (Windsurf Katalon AI)
• CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab/Jenkins)
