Job Summary
Community Access Unlimited is a social service agency that provides supportto individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Such supports include but are not limited to housing community integration daily living skills and employmentGeneral DescriptionEnsure effective and efficient operation of the Quality and Compliance for an Agency working with individuals with developmental disabilities and youth at-risk. Responsible for the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives and programs to improve Agency quality of service. The Associate Executive Director of Quality and Compliance will oversee: the Quality Assurance team Nursing Behavioral and Electronic Health / EXPERIENCE:2 years experience of program administration and supervision required. BA in Education Psychology Social Worker or related field required Masters preferred. Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or at risk youth required. JOB TASKS:Responsible for the implementation of the CAU Quality Assurance System within the for the oversight of the DDD and DCP&P State Licensing Inspection Process including staff and member training program reviews plans of for the overall implementation of a National Accreditation Plan for CAU Programs and Services.
