In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1 your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Develop project timelines proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings sprints and project phases to align expectations and objectives
Support technical teams in executing development integration and customization stages of enterprise application packages ensuring adherence to project requirements
Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience
Must have experience with eBS Functional ASCP - Advanced Supply Chain Planning
Must have experience with Oracle Order Management
Experience in 2 to 3 EBS full cycle implementations
Experience in overall architecture discipline (Applications Data Technical Security Development Operational etc.)
Must be able to lead discussions and develop design and architecture for strategic initiatives including cloud integration and on-premise enterprise solutions engaging various CoreLogic business and technology teams as necessary
Must be able to troubleshoot issues on Order to Cash business process cycle and work with technical teams to resolve.
Must understand as-is process define to-be-processes requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.
Must be able to prepare functional specifications solution design test planning and execution system integration testing supporting UAT cut-over and go-live.
Experience inOracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management Order Management Distribution Supply Chain Planning Procurement Advanced Pricing and Inventory modules.
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Skill and Experience
Experience with Oracle eBS Functional Inventory
Experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture/design /detailing of processes
Experience managing team size of 4-5 would be a plus

Additional Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
