You will support purchasing and materials planning to keep production running smoothly across key value streams. You will coordinate with planning production materials procurement teams and suppliers to align deliveries and requirements. This is a contract onsite role working a standard daytime shift (5x8 days) to support manufacturing operations.

• Place purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to confirm status and delivery commitments
• Monitor material needs delivery timing and potential supply constraints to protect production schedules
• Ensure internal customer dates are accurately populated and maintained to support planning activities
• Coordinate with planning production materials and procurement teams to resolve purchasing or scheduling issues
• Escalate shortages late deliveries or planning concerns as they arise
• Maintain accurate purchasing and planning information in business systems
• Provide general administrative and transactional support related to purchasing and materials planning

• 1 year in a manufacturing business role; supply chain experience preferred
• Prior experience in purchasing supply chain materials planning production planning or manufacturing support preferred
• Bachelors degree (Supply Chain Business Operations or related field preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with purchase orders dates schedules and material requirements
• Effective communication skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to support multiple priorities across value streams and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

$24.00 - $30.00/hour
