Purchasing Agent Facilities

• Responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the Facilities Development Departments project support service activities including inventory management financial management capital project reporting document control and procurement activities for all capital projects within the system.

• Responsible for procurement of all contracts sub-contracts materials and services needed for capital project development.

• Responsible for procurement of all furniture and signage for Prisma Health and other non-capital items as needed.

• Responsible for overseeing the financial tracking of all projects within the Prisma Health capital plan and ensuring all financial processes and procedures are followed.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

• This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor manager director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

• Education - Business/Construction Management Purchasing Management or Computer Science - Preferred

• Experience - Five (5) years of purchasing or related experience

In Lieu Of

• In Lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above an Associate degree and 7 years of purchasing related experience.

• Experience in information services infrastructure design and construction management - Preferred
