Our Client is an independent physician-owned pulmonary and critical care practice that has served the Gulf Coast since 1983. The Position:

Our Client is seeking a full-time Pulmonary / Critical Care Medicine (PCCM) physician for a practice that spans closed medical ICU coverage outpatient pulmonary clinic inpatient consults LTAC and post-acute critical care and bronchoscopy with advanced pulmonary procedures. This is a physician-owned group with an established referral base strong hospital relationships and partnership potential an ideal fit for a pulmonologist who wants ownership of their practice and their earnings.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $300000 Guaranteed Starting Salary new graduates or physicians with less experience

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
  • Active Florida medical license (or license-eligible before start)
  • Comfortable managing both outpatient pulmonary medicine and inpatient critical care
  • Preferred:
    • Five or more years of independent practice experience
    • Interest in building a long-term career in a physician-owned practice with partnership potential

Responsibilities:

  • Predictable 8-week rotation designed to balance inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
  • Provide closed medical ICU coverage
  • See patients in the outpatient pulmonary clinic
  • Cover the inpatient pulmonary consult service
  • Manage LTAC and post-acute critical care patients
  • Perform bronchoscopy and advanced pulmonary procedures
  • Build a practice supported by an established referral base and strong hospital relationships
