The Position:
Our Client is seeking a full-time Pulmonary / Critical Care Medicine (PCCM) physician for a practice that spans closed medical ICU coverage outpatient pulmonary clinic inpatient consults LTAC and post-acute critical care and bronchoscopy with advanced pulmonary procedures. This is a physician-owned group with an established referral base strong hospital relationships and partnership potential an ideal fit for a pulmonologist who wants ownership of their practice and their earnings.
Salary and Benefits:
- $400000 Guaranteed Starting Salary physicians with 5 years of independent practice experience
- $300000 Guaranteed Starting Salary new graduates or physicians with less experience

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or license-eligible before start)
- Comfortable managing both outpatient pulmonary medicine and inpatient critical care
- Preferred:
- Five or more years of independent practice experience
- Interest in building a long-term career in a physician-owned practice with partnership potential
Responsibilities:
- Predictable 8-week rotation designed to balance inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Provide closed medical ICU coverage
- See patients in the outpatient pulmonary clinic
- Cover the inpatient pulmonary consult service
- Manage LTAC and post-acute critical care patients
- Perform bronchoscopy and advanced pulmonary procedures
- Build a practice supported by an established referral base and strong hospital relationships
