As ourSupervisor of Public Safety Patrol you will helpensure the safety and security of our hospital its property staff visitors and guestsso they canexperience a secure and peaceful environment consistent with Dignity Healths mission and core values.

Every day you willsupervise and direct security staff responding to routine and crisis situations and actively patrol the hospital and its grounds to prevent security breaches and safety will be expected tomake independent safety and security decisions coach and counsel staff and conduct ongoing training sessions.

To be successful in this role you mustpossess a full understanding of security policies and procedures demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and proactively address security concerns while upholding Dignity Healths commitment to humankindness.

• High School Graduate General Studies or High School GED and one (1) year experience as a security officer involving extensive public contact
• BLS-American Heart Association
• Carry Concealed Weapon Certification
• Drivers License: Nevada

Preferred

• Completion of college level education courses in criminal justice
• Two (2) plus years experience as a Security Supervisor in a hospital or healthcare setting prior law enforcement or military service
