• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents guests and visitors
• Patrol properties to maintain a safe secure and welcoming environment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property expectations
• Provide guidance and support to team members on safety practices
• Accurately document incidents and complete reports in a timely manner
• Respond to situations with professionalism sound judgment and care

Your work plays a vital role in creating spaces where people feel comfortable secure and proud to be.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and access to a working phone
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Bilingual skills are a plus

This is a full-time 24/7 operation with flexible scheduling across all shifts. Can commit to two weekends a month.
