Public Relations Intern

• Support monthly status reports and client wrap-up reports
• Research media outlets and identify potential media opportunities for clients
• Build and maintain media lists using Muck Rack
• Draft media materials including cover letters media alerts and press content
• Track organize and maintain press coverage and media hits
• Support client events including on-site staffing as needed
• Assist with administrative and organizational tasks (digital and in-office)

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university graduating within the next academic year
• Preferred fields of study: Public Relations Journalism Marketing Advertising Digital Media Communications or related areas
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and social media platforms
• Self-starter who can work independently and also collaborate with a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Genuinely curious about PR and excited to learn the craft
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
