Public Relations Coordinator

As a Public Relations Coordinator you will support the development and execution of communication initiatives designed to strengthen relationships enhance brand visibility and maintain a positive public image.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating public relations initiatives and communication campaigns.
• Support the development of written materials presentations announcements and internal communications.

• Coordinate meetings events outreach initiatives and promotional activities.
• Ensure communications remain consistent with the companys brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support company initiatives and business objectives.
• Monitor public communications and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness.
• Maintain organized records of projects contacts communications and campaign activities.
• Assist with event preparation scheduling logistics and follow-up communication.
• Represent IGL4US with professionalism in meetings events and business interactions.
