About the Role:
Be the face of our hotel! As a Lobby Attendant / Public Areas team member youll help keep our hotel clean safe and welcoming for every guest. This is a fast-paced physical role with plenty of interaction with guests and associates.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies hallways restrooms and other public spaces
- Strip rooms and reset carts with linens and trash as needed
- Support team members across departments when requested
- Interact with guests with a friendly professional attitude
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physically active and able to lift carry and push items as needed
- Positive outgoing personality with strong teamwork skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is a plus

- Previous experience in customer service hospitality or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of hotel operations local attractions and tourist services.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand walk and lift objects for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
