Job Summary
Public Accountant needs 8 years in accounting
Public Accountant requires:
- CPA or MBA
- Public Accounting experience
- Experience in SAP FI/CO Hyperion HFM & Essbase
- Ability to be assertive creative & results-oriented
- Strong time management decision-making & delegation skills
Duties:
- Serves as a leader in executing monthly close and Group reporting
- Leads team in performing balance sheet reviews and reconciliations
- Assesses the proper accounting for transactions in accordance with both IFRS & US GAAP
- Builds strong working relationships with business partners
- Ensures intercompany transactions are properly identified and reconciled with trading partners
- Work directly with internal & external auditors to ensure successful & timely completion of audits
- Ensure a strong internal control environment is maintained
- Leads associates in setting business and development objectives and providing performance feedback
- Participate in special project work such as strategic business initiatives & implementation of new systems
- Manages the reconciliation of data between financial systems
- Lead monthly close activities including review & approval of journal entries
