A Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college is required

Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.

Minimum of one years healthcare experience

Current drivers license and ability to spend 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting

The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule

Demonstrated experience with tablets mobile phones and EMR software

Schedule and Shift Details

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 am 6:00 pm 1 weekend per month and 2 holidays per year

Local travel to residential homes
