Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable experienced and customer-focused Armorer to join the Mission94 Team. This position requires excellent communication skills the ability to connect and build relationships with customers and a passion for delivering an outstanding experience.
Working 15-25 hours per week the armorerinspects cleans repairs provides part and accessory installation and maintains firearms manages parts and test-fires firearms to ensure safe and reliable operation for the company and customers.

Working 15-25 hours per week the armorerinspects cleans repairs provides part and accessory installation and maintains firearms manages parts and test-fires firearms to ensure safe and reliable operation for the company and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect clean lubricate and test-fire firearms for safety function and reliability.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and replace worn or broken parts to factory specifications.
- Maintain precise inventory logs for firearms and parts including required bound book/ATF compliance tracking and Armorers log where applicable.
- Coordinate routine maintenance schedules for firearms
- Prepare operational status and inventory reports for management team.
- Provide parts and accessory installation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A high school diploma or possession of a GED certificate
- Certifications: Sonoran Desert Institute or other nationally recognized armorer or gunsmith certification.
- 5 years of experiences in firearm maintenance repair or armorer or gunsmith duties
- Strong understanding of firearms mechanics firearm safety protocols and state/federal regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Proficiency with specialized gunsmithing tools trigger pull testers punch sets and alignment gauges
- Ability to stand for long periods lift heavy equipment or bulk ammunition (up to 50 lbs)
Hours:
- Weekday and weekend availability up to approx. 15-25 hours a week
