PT Brass Coordinator and Arranger

Job Summary:

Reporting to theDirectorof Bandsthis seasonal position overseessectionals with the Marching Band Brass sectionandcreates marching band arrangements for performances.

Essential Job Functions:

• Create and teach musicalarrangementsfor halftime shows andstands

• Provide strategies to increase students technique ability on the brassinstruments

• Develop andmonitorsectional routines for brass students.

• Assist with Marching Band Rehearsals where needed.

• All other related duties as assigned

Minimum Job Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

• Three years of College Music study;bachelorsin musicpreferred.

• Experience with Brass sectionmarching band arrangingor equivalent training
