Work Location: | Hybrid this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. |

Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications:
A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree on a year for year basis. An advanced degree (Masters orDoctorate) may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis if the degree is in a field of study directly related to the work assignment. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. Preferred Qualifications:
Complex program support in an academic or medicine setting Designing and implementing academic programs including seminars didactics and symposia. Managing student workers and interns using CU programs and systems with expertise in onboarding payroll and annual evaluations. Maintaining and updating application processes managing interview schedules and contributing to candidate selection meetings. Educational and administrative support to students throughout internship programs demonstrating mentorship and institutional knowledge. Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range for this position has been established as ($63554 $80840) The above salary range represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
