Join a talented team of individuals who serve this country by caring for our Nations heroes! Clay Consulting is looking to hire Psychologists to perform one-time in-person Behavioral Health Examinations for veterans and active-duty military personnel. This is a part-time (16hrs/week) position.

Summary

At Clay Consulting you will apply your expertise in the evaluation and diagnosis of psychological health conditions. As a disability examiner you gather and synthesize clinical evidence through medical and military record reviews interviews with Veterans and face-to-face examinations. You develop a medical opinion of the likelihood that the Veterans condition is related to their military service. The timely and expert examination assures that a Veterans claim is heard and dutifully processed by VBA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsychosocial exam of claimant
• Conducts psychological developmental and cognitive-deficit assessments including but not limited to test administration and interpretation.
• Prepares intake summaries and case summaries; maintains confidential records.
• Charts claimants treatment and progress in accordance with state federal and facility regulations and guidelines and in keeping with accepted community standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree in Psychology (Ph.D PsyD)
• Graduate of an APA accredited program
• Active and unrestricted psychologist license in state
• Knowledge of psychological testing techniques administration and interpretation
