Our client is a growing allied health provider supporting children young people and adults across Southwest Sydney with developmental mental health behavioural emotional and social needs. Their psychologists work alongside allied health clinicians across clinics homes schools early learning settings workplaces day programs and supported accommodation. The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality psychological assessment and evidence-based intervention to NDIS participants and clients of all ages with a caseload shaped around your clinical strengths and interests.

Reporting directly to the Principal Psychologist some of your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering NDIS psychological services to children adolescents and adults
• Conducting psychological and psychometric assessment formulation and evidence-based intervention
• Supporting clients with intellectual disability psychosocial disability Autism and ADHD
• Working with mental health complex trauma and behavioural presentations
• Providing Behaviour Support Services
• Writing clinical and NDIS reports
• Consulting with families carers schools and support teams
• Collaborating with GPs psychiatrists support coordinators and allied health professionals
• Contributing to clinical mentoring case discussion and service development as your interests allow

The successful candidate will have:

• Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
• 3 years experience as a registered psychologist
• Strong demonstrated experience delivering NDIS psychological services
• Experience working across all ages including children adolescents and adults
• Experience working with mental health and/or disability
• Strong assessment formulation and intervention skills
• Confidence managing complex clinical presentations
• Strong clinical judgement and report-writing skills
• The ability to work autonomously while being an active member of a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to ethical person-centred and evidence-based practice
• Experience in intellectual disability psychosocial disability ASD ADHD complex trauma or Positive Behaviour Support (highly regarded)
