Psycho-Rehabilitation DSP

We are seeking a dependable compassionate professional to support our Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR) Program and help individuals build daily living social and community functioning skills in a structured recovery-focused environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Competitive Wages

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Provide direct support to individuals participating in the Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR) Program
• Assist participants with developing daily living socialization coping and community functioning skills
• Support a structured person-centered environment that promotes recovery and independence
• Document services and participant progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding participant needs and program activities
• Maintain professional boundaries confidentiality and respectful interactions with participants and families

• High school diploma or equivalent required
