Pay Range: $130 - $133 per hour

Are you a dedicated Psychiatrist passionate about working with children and families YOU Inc. is seeking a skilled physician to join our behavioral health team delivering comprehensive person- and family-centered psychiatric care in both clinic and community-based settings.

In this role youll provide evaluation diagnosis medication management and consultation services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support youth with diverse mental health needsincluding access to urgent and integrated care services.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children adolescents and transition-age youth.
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Provide ongoing medication management monitoring effectiveness side effects and adherence.

• Work closely with therapists nurses care coordinators peer specialists and primary care providers.
• Participate in team-based treatment planning and case reviews.
• Provide clinical consultation to staff for diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations.

• Participate in urgent behavioral health services including same-day assessments and consultations.
• Support integrated care efforts across clinical and community settings.

• Maintain accurate timely documentation in compliance with agency state and federal regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives case conferences and trainings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) required
• Board Certified Psychiatrist
• DEA Registration
• 35 years of related experience preferably in outpatient or community mental health
• Valid drivers license (Class C or D)
