Compensation: Initial salary for 6 months of employment and then transition to 65% of net collections; (Estimated annual earning potential of up to $280000-$300000 w/ benefits) paid bi-weekly
Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time Exempt (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Hybrid position based out of Beachwood OH (75% in office 25% remote)

Role Summary
At ARC Psychiatry the Psychiatrist (MD/DO) provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations medication management and ongoing treatment in an outpatient setting working within a collaborative patient-centered care model. Success in this role is demonstrated through safe prescribing practices strong patient engagement and close collaboration with therapy and interdisciplinary clinical teams.
Psychiatrist Responsibilities Include:
Providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients following all relevant standards and regulations
Developing individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best care possible
Staying up to date with the latest in mental health care through continuing education
Supporting APRNs and PAs through collaborative agreements and supervision if applicable

Psychiatrist Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree with specialization
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted Medical License License pursuant to the laws of the State where healthcare services are provided
- Possess and maintain a valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) number and all other licenses and certificates that may be lawfully required to prescribe medications including controlled substances;
- Ability to function well independently as well as a member of a multidisciplinary team ability to work productively and effectively.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills as well as thorough knowledge about the various medical processes and procedures
- Possess and maintain adequate/required Professional Liability Insurance policy
- Comply with prescription drug monitoring program regulations
Psychiatrist Preferred Qualifications
- Experience treating diverse age groups
- Comfort with telepsychiatry
- Knowledge of evidence-based medication protocols
