Description

Williston Trinity Christian School is seeking a Pre-School12 Principal to provide leadership for the daily

academic program and across our one-campus school.

our classrooms staff and students reflect our mission ofAcademic excellence on a Christian

foundation - teaching students to know love and serve God.


The PS12 Principal leads the day-to-day execution of our academic program by supporting and

developing teachers ensuring strong instructional practices grades PS - 12. This role is also

responsible for fostering a consistent and Christ-centered student experience within our

elementary MS and HS programs.


This role works closely with the Head of School who provides overall vision and direction while the principal ensures that vision is carried out through daily leadership staff support and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support instructional staff through coaching evaluation and professional development
  • Ensure consistent and effective implementation of curriculum and instructional practices
  • Oversee student culture and behavior systems within the school
  • Manage daily school operations staffing and scheduling needs including teacher evaluations and observations
  • Facilitate collaboration among teachers and departments
  • Promote biblical integration
  • Guide staff and students toward personal spiritual formation
  • Maintain awareness of and timely submission of required reporting ND Education Department
  • Contribute to developing servant leadership opportunities and engagement for students
  • Partner closely with the Head of School

Requirements

Masters degree (or higher) in Educational Administration (or comparable education degree)

Possess (or be able to obtain) ND administrator licensure
