Job Summary

Job Summary:Responsible for providing support and prompt resolutions for the Cellcom and Agent Sales teams and other telephone providers with voice text and data activations; this is a non-customer facing role. Assists with database issues and/or outages by working with other departments and external vendors. Support and embrace being the customers advocate educator and protector of all service information products and promotions. Also supports number porting and account maintenance for post and Advance Pay cellular services. Uses multiple systems to reconcile account information and proper downloading to the switch and/or product specific databases. Participates on project teams and provides input as it relates to Cellcoms systems processes and procedures. Review and provide feedback on product and systems procedures. The Provisioning Specialist is also responsible for testing system development prior to the development & Duties:Owns customer account setup maintenance and reconciliation ensuring accurate and timely entry of data products features and rate plans per company provisioning and resolution for voice data equipment changes upgrades ports in/out and network services (e.g. VoLTE 5G iPhone International Roam).Monitors and manages porting queues completing requests accurately and coordinating with Sales agents and prior service providers as reports and communicates system issues outages and resolutions; serves as help desk support for agent databases and system business and product support across multiple services (e.g. International Roam Lifeline Wireless Priority voicemail Advance Pay) collaborating closely with Provisioning in projects new product launches and system development; continuously builds expertise and educates agents and employees on processes and :Required:Four-year high school education or equivalentMust have 3 years of experience in computer basicsMust have 1 years of experience in a customer service role or related experiencePreferred: Associate degree or equivalent experiencePrevious cellular experienceTroubleshooting experienceStrong computer skills knowledge of internet protocols and an understanding of networking components and attention to detail analytical and problem-solving skills and a process improvement interpersonal communication skills with the ability to listen and check for to multitask work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while working independently or as part of a candidates for this role are detail-oriented professionals with strong computer skills telecommunications experience and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative view our competitive benefits clickhere!Joining Nsight/Cellcom:Join our telecom team in Wisconsin and Michigans Upper Peninsula where we focus on delivering excellent wireless and fiber solutions and expert tower construction and maintenance.
