We are seeking a Provider Billing Supervisor to be responsible for assuring compliance and accuracy across the various tasks of the Provider Services department. This supervisor will review workload distribute tasks in an efficient and organized manner.

What youll do:

  • Take the lead on all provider direct/billing tasks including generating and revising service orders uploading and tracking provider invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Assign review evaluate and approve the workload of provider services staff
  • Communicate with internal and external partners as needed
  • Ensure documentation is in good form and consistent with auditing requirements
  • Update and monitor electronic consumer record and other systems as required for Special Funds invoicing
  • Analyze procedures and recommend suggestions to reduce paperwork and/or improve process flow
  • Prepare status reports and escalate issues in timely manner
  • Participate in other projects to assist Provider Services management

What youll bring:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting business and or related field
  • Minimum three years of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Work Environment:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times
  • Must have personal computer with secure internet access at home
