Job Summary

SummaryThe Executive Protection Operations Manager supports the Sr. Manager Executive Protection inthe day-to-day coordination administration and expansion of the Executive Protection role serves as a central operational partner responsible for vendor managementadministrative oversight and operational logistics supporting executive protection activities acrossthe organization. The Operations Manager ensures continuity of operations by coordinatingpersonnel travel logistics and protective resources while supporting the continued growth ofexecutive protection services for executive Schedule: All new hires will complete a mandatory training period from 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Monday through Friday for the first two weeks before transitioning to their assigned shiftWhat You BringEither bachelors degree or equivalent military experienceStrong understanding and direct experience in the following: Executive Protection Intelligence Operations Critical Incident Management or Corporate Security Crisis Management or Emergency communication decision-making and leadership skills5-7 years of experience in security operations intelligence analysis or emergency response (Extensive EP experience required)2-4 years in a supervisory or managerial roleStrong Admin be a competent user of Microsoft Suite Microsoft Teams SharePoint Quip and other similar toolsMust be willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentialityMust be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situationsMust be able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situationsDemonstrated organizational and time management skillsSuccessful client management experienceA demonstrated history of effective conflict resolution skillsAbility to attend training events that fall outside normal work hoursAbility to work night shiftsWork Environment & Physical/Mental DemandsWith or without reasonable accommodation this job requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functionsMust undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks and drug tests if requiredAbility to handle multiple tasks concurrentlyManual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipmentMust be flexible with the ability to work evenings odd hours and weekends with little noticeFrequent sitting and/or standingElite BenefitsMedical Dental Vision and Life InsuranceCompetitive 401(k) with employer matchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO)ResponsibilitiesServing as the primary point of contact between clients vendors and other teamsCoordinating client schedules with ground teams and supporting Executive Protection operations data tracking and information flowRequesting scheduling and tracking Executive Protection agents drivers and related services globallySupporting GSOC managers with presentations security operation plans risk assessments and executive summariesManaging travel and logistics for agents and drivers including flights hotels and rental vehiclesAnswering phone calls and disseminating the information to relevant partiesPreparing travel briefs dispatch confirmations situation reports and client-facing documentationCoordinating all logistical communication related to pickups drop-offs routing vehicle needs and regional threat considerationsReviewing client requests cost estimates statements of work and ensuring services align with client requirementsMonitoring project timelines risks and issues while providing solutions and maintaining accurate documentationEnsuring compliance with safety standards operational directives and national and regional regulationsResolving operational issues client concerns and service satisfaction mattersParticipating in meetings facilitating discussions when needed and communicating updates policies and decisions across teamsMaintaining operational records reports logs and internal controls to protect client assets and personnelExposure to sensitive and confidential informationRegular computer usageOccasional reaching with hands and arms stooping kneeling crouching and/or crawling
