Fidelity is seeking a full timeProposal Writer to join our corporate Team torespond to government requests for proposals (RFPs) quotes (RFQs) requests for information (RFIs)and grants.
Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze Solicitations: Review federal state or local procurement opportunities
- Draft Content: Write compelling executive summaries technical approaches management plans and past performance summaries.
- Coordinate with Recruiting department to fulfill staffing needs
- Collaborate with Leadership to gather vital data.
- Ensure Compliance: Verify that proposal meets solicitation requirements
- Manage Deadlines: Coordinate schedules to track deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Writing & Editing:Ability to produce clear persuasive and error-free professional content
- Process Knowledge: Familiarity with government procurement preferred
- Education: Bachelors degree in English Communications Journalism or a related technical discipline.
- Microsoft Suite AI platforms
