What You Will Do:

Raytheons Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) team solves tough meaningful problems that create a safer more secure dedicated to developing and executing the supply chain strategy through all program phases from our suppliers (and their suppliers) to the Customer while delivering maximum Efficiency Effectiveness Capability and Capacity to our business.

As a Proposal Material Program Manager (MPM) Analyst youll assist with the Supply Chain proposal efforts for the Air and Space Defense Systems portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to help in shaping and executing a new combined bid and procurement strategy for the customer.

As a successful MPM Analyst youre a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can help to drive change through creative problem solving.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in supporting program proposal kickoffs and strategy development balancing strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs.
• Helping to generate and/or collect necessary documentation for successful proposals including sole source justifications DD254 facilitation EX/IM planning and gathering entrance criteria needed to kick off the requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Assisting in developing and executing to supply chain proposal strategy in support of all program gate review and risk and opportunity management reviews.
• Working closely with Engineering Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Helping to ensure proposal compliance to DFAR/FAR and TINA compliance.
• Domestic and/or International travel (expected to be <25%).

This job is posted as ONSITE and is based at Raytheons Tucson AZ facility.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience working on proposals
• Ability to work on programs requiring special program access

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience assisting with budget management
• Experience managing large databases
• Experience working on proposal activities
• Experience working with supplier
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Experience using supply chain planning tools (i.e. SAP Kinaxis etc.)
• Commitment to earning Material Program Management certification within 1 year.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
