What Youll Do

You independently manage the full proposal lifecycle and coordinate proposal assignments with technical staff and teaming partners. You use your graphic design skills and creativity to produce appealing layouts in InDesign and ensure that proposals are compliant and meet Toole Designs standards. You perform copy editing and proofreading to ensure products are error-free. You develop interview presentations and marketing collateral.

What You Bring:

• A bachelors degree in marketing communications graphic design English journalism or similar relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Four to five years of hands-on experience in proposal preparation/coordination layout design writing and copy editing and working with a team
• Advanced proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
• Basic experience with Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Exceptional organizational skills
• A collaborative approach to generating strategies and developing creative solutions

We are targeting a salary range of $73000 to $81000 for this position with flexibity for well-qualified candidates.
