We are seeking an experienced Property Support Representative to join our team!
As a Property Support Representative you will respond to requests from property management staff at multifamily residential apartment complexes through a variety of channels including phone email and chat.
What Youll Do:
Respond to phone calls emails and online chats from property managers and package liaisons
Work with carriers to solve problems at properties
Review and follow up on CRM tasks
Work on projects as assigned by management
Respond to escalated requests from Residential Support
Review integration settings and escalate as appropriate
At A Minimum You Have:
1 years of direct Customer Service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of the iOS ecosystem
Advanced troubleshooting problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Excellent time management skills including the ability to multitask organize and prioritize
Ability to research and grasp information across multiple tools while speaking with clients
Self-starter mentality a solutions driven mindset adaptability empathy insight and dependability
A Plus But Not Required:
Experience working in a call center environment
A Bachelors degree or some college
