Job Summary
Assess damage develop mitigation plans and execute structural drying demolition and remediation work
Document job progress moisture readings and scope of work accurately
Communicate clearly and compassionately with Customers throughout the restoration process
Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on schedule
Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices on every job site
Minimum 3 years of experience in water damage mitigation fire damage remediation or mold remediation; 510 years strongly preferred
Background in a construction trade (carpentry drywall or similar) is a strong plus were seeking someone familiar with building structures methods and materials
Certifications
Required (or ability to obtain quickly): IICRC certifications in Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
Preferred: Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)

Strong communication skills and a calm professional presence on-site
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to remove damaged personal property and/or building materials which may involve navigating stairs (including basement access)
Comfortable standing kneeling bending and working in tight or awkward spaces for extended periods
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions including damp dusty or odorous job sites
Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights when needed
Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week

Ongoing training and support for maintaining and earning additional IICRC certifications
