Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily townhome community in Boerne TX consisting of individually owned buildings. This position requires a professional who can effectively balance resident relations owner communications property operations and financial accountability while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community to ensure efficient and effective property performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building owners residents vendors and contractors.
  • Foster positive relationships with owners by providing timely communication updates and professional support.
  • Coordinate leasing activities including marketing resident screening move-ins renewals and move-outs.
  • Monitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to maximize rental income.
  • Oversee rent collections delinquency management and lease compliance.
  • Prepare owner reports budgets and financial summaries as required.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests capital improvement projects and vendor services.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with community standards.
  • Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws company policies and applicable local state and federal regulations.
  • Supervise and support on-site staff and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of multifamily property management experience required.
  • Experience working with multiple property owners preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets collections and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational problem-solving and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with property management software - AppFolio.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
